Total Wealth Planning Shred Day 2023

As part of our effort to prevent identity theft and promote recycling of unwanted sensitive paperwork and data, we will provide the community an opportunity to drop off and properly dispose of unwanted paperwork and certain technology devices. We’re proud to partner with Royal Document Destruction and Cohen Recycling to provide this service to our community. The collection event occurred Saturday morning, June 10th, 2023 at our Cincinnati office location, 4665 Cornell Rd (corner of Reed Hartman and Cornell), Blue Ash, OH 45241. Please check back in Spring 2024 for our 2024 event details.

Paper Shredding and Recycling:

Our team will unload your boxes, bags, etc. from your car, trunk, or truck and send with Royal Document Destruction to properly destroy and recycle the material.  (To preserve room for others, we kindly ask each participant to limit their drop off to no more than 6 bags or boxes.)

Computer Data Destruction and Recycling:

To help you responsibly recycle computer devices and prevent identity theft from computer data falling into the wrong hands, we will have a box truck from Cohen Recycling/Cobalt to collect, transport and destroy your unwanted Computer towers, laptops, tablets or cellphones. We are limited to recycling these specific computer devices that contain sensitive and personal data, and we will NOT be able to collect other electronic waste such as monitors, TVs, stereos, printers, or small appliances.

Donating Apple devices:

If you have a functioning Apple device to recycle (e.g. iphone, ipad, macbook), we have partnered with a local company to collect, prepare and donate these devices to The Boys & Girls Club of West Chester/Liberty. You can either prepare your device, or bring your charged device to our event to have our team prepare for you. If you are unable to charge the device, please attach your name, email, and telephone number to the device so your data can be wiped and the device can be reused by a deserving  individual. This partnership was inspired by local Chief Mac Man’s TEDx Talk about gifting devices.
